Warranty And Repair Policy
At Uptown Nails Spa, we’re committed to providing exceptional service. If you’re not satisfied with your nail service, we’ll redo it free of charge, provided you notify us immediately.
Repair Policy Details
We offer complimentary repairs for scratched or misshapen nails if reported within 24 hours of the initial service.
- Repairs must be scheduled within 3 days of the original service.
- Issues reported after 3 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur a fee.
- Refunds or credit notes are not available.
